Join the Tri-County / Suburban Spring Warmups at NL Aquatics and get prepped for an outstanding start to your summer swim season.
Coach Chris Howie and Coach Tom Wilkinson will lead the spring warm-up, and will be assisted by other Tri-County and Suburban coaches
Please add your swimmer's name / age / gender / summer team in the "special instructions for seller" field.
This warm-up will build endurance, improve stroke techniques, and focus on starts, turns and finishes!
Where: NL Aquatic Center, 333 Preston Ave, Voorhees, NJ
Cost: $130
When: 6 sessions for one hour each ON EITHER
Fridays from 7:00-8:00 PM
April 12, 19, 26; May 3, 10, 17
OR
Sundays from 12:30-1:30 PM
April 14, 21, 28; May 5, 11, 19
* please note that 5/11 is a Saturday *
** the 5/19 session will be held from 1:30-2:30 PM because of a swim meet **
