Join Spring Warmups at NL Aquatics and get prepped for an outstanding start to your summer swim season.  Our coaches will build your endurance, improve stroke techniques and talk race strategies so you will outswim your toughest opponents!

Where: NL Aquatic Center, 333 Preston Ave, Voorhees, NJ

Cost: $105

When: 5 sessions for one hour each:

Saturdays 1230pm-130pm (10 and under)**

                 130pm-230pm (11 and up)

**Please note that the 10 and under swimmers MUST be proficient in all 4 strokes **
