2 Groups, limited to 8 athletes in each group

Group 1 Schedule
June 8 - 5:45pm to 6:30pm
June 15 - 5:45pm to 6:30pm
June 22 - 4:30pm to 5:15pm
June 29 - 4:30pm to 5:15pm

Group 2 Schedule
June 8 - 6:30pm to 7:15pm
June 15 - 6:30pm to 7:15pm
June 22 - 5:15pm to 6:00pm
June 29 - 5:15pm to 6:00pm

Program Description

Our staff of energetic, motivated performance coaches will help your athlete get to the level that they aspire to achieve. Training at Outlaw Performance and Recovery will ensure that your athlete improves their athleticism, commitment, work ethic, and self-confidence.

Specializing in Strength and Conditioning  / Speed Training / Agility and Balance Training / Preventive Injury and Recovery Training.

  • Proper movement based warm ups to help with flexibility, strength, recovery and help prevent injury.
  • Proper technique and fundamentals of strength and conditioning training.
  • Proper running mechanics and footwork to maximize speed
  • Balance drills to help improve stability and helps prevent injury.
  • Base and Core training to improve core strength, which aids in overall performance and injury prevention.
    • Mindset is everything – Fostering our athletes to understands the importance of Athlete life skills which include Leadership, Accountability, Goal Setting and a strong mindset
